If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the App. All content within the App is protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable intellectual property laws.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App and its features for personal, non-commercial use only. Under this license, you must not:

• Modify, copy, distribute, or use content for commercial gain;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App;
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices from content;
• Use the App to harass, spam, or distribute offensive or harmful material;
• Submit misleading or inappropriate user-generated content.

Violation of any of these restrictions will result in the termination of your access rights. Upon termination, all downloaded or cached content must be deleted.

3. User-Generated Content

You may be allowed to submit custom questions, responses, or comments. By doing so, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content within the App and for promotional purposes. You remain responsible for ensuring your submissions comply with applicable laws and community standards.

We reserve the right to remove or moderate user content at our discretion.

The App and all included content are provided “as is” and “as available.” Would You Rather makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content;
• Fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement;
